We are aware that there have been concerns and problems with repairs. This has included long wait times on the phone line to Hackney Homes. As of March 2015, Hackney Homes have apologised for these difficulties, many of which are to do with IT systems, and they are trying to implement some ‘quick fixes’. They also promise to address longer term solutions. The TRA will continue to monitor this.
